What we collect
- Your request: your name, email, optional phone, the review you chose, and anything you tell us. If you used HEI Calculator in the same visit, your calculator results come with it.
- What you send us for your review, such as written offers and closing documents.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment, not your card number.
- Visits: Cloudflare hosts the site and processes ordinary request details to deliver and protect it. We count page visits and notify our team when someone visits, with the page, an approximate city, and the site or link you came from.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to show us how visitors use this site and our sister sites, including when someone sends a request. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use it
To deliver your review, reply to you, keep records, and improve our service. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with HEI providers.
Who handles it
Requests are stored by the same team and systems that run HEI Calculator. Payments are processed by Stripe. Questions or deletion requests: hello@heicalculator.com.
