What you're buying
A one-time review of your home equity situation and offers, at the level you choose: Quick Check ($99), Offer Review ($249), or Full Guidance ($999). What each includes and how fast it arrives is listed on our home page. Delivery times are counted in business days from when we have what we need from you, such as your written offer.
What we are, and aren't
We provide education and analysis. We don't sell, broker, or make loans or home equity investments, we don't apply for anything or negotiate for you, and we don't give legal or tax advice. Real offers are set by each provider after underwriting; our estimates use the provider's published terms and the numbers you give us.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We never see your card number. The Quick Check's $99 counts toward the Offer Review if you upgrade within 60 days.
Refunds
- If we haven't started your review, we'll refund you in full on request.
- If we can't help with your situation, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
- After your review is delivered, if you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right or refund you.
